These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from Ralakde Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read carefully before ordering.

These Terms of Sale constitute a binding agreement between you (the 'Buyer') and Ralakde Ltd (the 'Seller') for the purchase of industrial automation products and services.

    Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

    Delivery Issues

    Damaged Goods

    • • Provide tracking reference
    • • Investigation period: 10 business days

    Product Warranties & Guarantees

    Ralakde Ltd 12-Month Warranty

    All products sold by Ralakde Ltd are covered by our comprehensive 12-month warranty, regardless of manufacturer warranty status.

    12-Month Warranty Coverage

    • • Material defects and workmanship flaws
    • • Functional failures under normal use
    • • Repair, replacement, or credit remedy
    • • Valid for 12 months from invoice date

    12-Month Warranty Process

    • • Obtain RMA number before return
    • • Customer pays return shipping
    • • Testing and resolution within 10 days

    Manufacturer Warranties

    • Original manufacturer warranties may be transferable (subject to manufacturer terms)

  • Ralakde Ltd is not an authorized dealer for all products sold
  • Manufacturer warranty terms do not override Ralakde Ltd warranty
  • We assist with manufacturer warranty claims where possible
  • 12-Month Warranty Exclusions

    • • Physical damage from misuse
    • • Environmental damage
    • • Unauthorized modifications
    • • Normal wear and cosmetic issues

    Special Categories

    • • Faulty surplus stock (sold as-is)
    • • Items sold for spares/repairs

    Limitation of Liability

    Liability Limitations

    Maximum Liability: Ralakde Ltd's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.

    Excluded Damages

    • • Loss of profits or revenue
    • • Production downtime costs
    • • Indirect or special damages

    Time Limitations

    • • Claims must be made within 12 months
    • • Legal action within 24 months
    • • Notice of defects within 48 hours
    • • Written notice required

    Product Suitability

    • Buyer responsible for determining product suitability for intended application

  • • Technical specifications provided for guidance only
  • • Ralakde Ltd does not warrant fitness for specific purposes
  • • Professional engineering advice recommended for critical applications
  • Force Majeure

    Ralakde Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, government actions, supplier failures, transportation delays, or other force majeure events.

    Legal Terms & Governing Law

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

    Dispute Resolution

    Parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before litigation. Legal proceedings must be brought in courts nearest to our registered office.

    Severability

    If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of these terms remain in full force and effect.

    Modifications

    Terms may only be modified in writing by authorized Ralakde Ltd representatives.
